Project Manager – Market Research

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end market research projects. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and delivering both quantitative and qualitative studies while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of market research projects from initiation to final delivery.
• Review project specifications, conduct feasibility assessments, and develop detailed project plans.
• Allocate resources, set timelines, and coordinate with internal teams such as Client Services, Sampling, Programming, Data Processing, Fieldwork, and Reporting.
• Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure timely execution of requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Track budgets, timelines, and profitability while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and client specifications.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare reports.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives to enhance delivery and operational excellence.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of project management experience in market research, insights, or consulting.
• Experience handling domestic and/or international research projects.
• Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
