Project Manager – Lead Cross‑Functional Initiatives

About the role

Project Managers plan, execute and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time, within scope, budget and quality. Working within a structured framework, they make key decisions, provide clear direction and maintain accountability while engaging stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams, influence customers and partners, and allocate resources to meet project goals.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate collaboration, and maintain clear communication plans.
• Define project scope, create integrated plans, monitor milestones, risks, dependencies and governance.
• Implement change‑control processes, track costs, schedule and quality, and ensure formal project closure with lessons learned.
• Develop and share PMO training materials and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience or equivalent business process improvement experience.
• Proven experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and delivering results.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation skills and ability to work with senior leaders and clients.
• Client‑facing experience in Retail, CPG or FMCG is advantageous.
• Fluent English and flexibility to work across stakeholder time zones.
