Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Lead / Project Manager to own the full project lifecycle, from initiation through execution. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of progress, upcoming activities, and any changes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with manpower agencies to assign the right resources and meet project deadlines.
• Facilitate communication and teamwork among all project stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver formal progress reports, such as weekly status updates.
• Build professional relationships with design professionals, vendors, and clients while directing the installation team to follow design plans safely.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure high‑quality execution and a strong customer experience.

• Proven experience managing projects and coordinating resources.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to provide clear updates.
• Excellent organizational abilities to track multiple activities simultaneously.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
