About the role
The CXI Discovery program needs a skilled Project Manager I to drive an intensive 8‑week initiative. You will coordinate project plans, workshops, schedules and governance across multiple tracks, ensuring timely delivery of all artefacts.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the overall project plan, milestones, workshop calendar and deliverable tracker.
- Organise stakeholder workshops, meetings, capture actions and decisions.
- Track RAID, dependencies and action items, driving their closure.
- Support governance activities, status reporting, resource coordination and documentation.
- Follow up on workshop outcomes and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
Required profile
- 3–6 years of experience in Project Management, PMO or Project Coordination.
- Mandatory US healthcare domain experience (e.g., payer, claims, member experience, audit, regulatory).
- Strong stakeholder management, scheduling and documentation capabilities.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery models.
