Project Manager – GE Vernova APM (Meridium) Implementation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in GE Vernova APM (Meridium) to lead end‑to‑end implementation and modernization programs for asset‑intensive organizations in the energy sector. The role will drive asset performance transformation, translate reliability strategies into scalable APM solutions, and ensure successful delivery through strong governance and stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead GE APM / Meridium implementation and transformation projects across multiple client engagements.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies aligned with business objectives.
• Establish delivery governance frameworks to ensure quality, compliance and on‑time delivery.
• Facilitate workshops with operations, maintenance, reliability and quality teams and act as a trusted advisor to client leadership.
• Design APM solution roadmaps, workflow designs, use‑case definitions and application rationalisation initiatives.
• Oversee integration of GE APM with SAP PM/ERP, OSIsoft PI Historian, SQL or Oracle databases and legacy platforms.
• Drive adoption of APM capabilities, reliability‑centered maintenance and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Monitor and report on business outcomes such as asset reliability, uptime and maintenance optimisation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience delivering GE Vernova APM / Meridium implementations and leading project teams.
• Strong knowledge of asset reliability, maintenance processes, criticality assessment and failure analysis.
• Proven ability to manage complex programmes, gather business requirements and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
• Solid understanding of solution architecture, workflow design and application modernisation.
