Project Manager – Dialer & Contact Centre Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and integration of dialer and contact centre solutions. The role involves overseeing projects from requirement gathering through deployment and post‑production support, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from requirements definition to deployment and ongoing support.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocations, risk registers and status reports.
• Coordinate with business, compliance, operations, technology and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, deliverables and quality standards, providing analytical insights.
• Drive adoption of solutions across sales, operations, compliance and customer service functions.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Up to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably with contact‑centre or dialer projects.

Required skills

• Experience with dialer solutions and contact centre technologies.
• Knowledge of API integrations and AI‑driven automation solutions.
