Project Manager – Customer Order Management

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer‑focused Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end execution of customer orders for Bosch Rexroth India. The role ensures seamless project flow from purchase order acquisition through final delivery, maintaining strong communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer orders from acquisition to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestone tracking.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.
• Act as the primary interface between cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, and Finance.
• Facilitate regular CFT meetings to review status, address challenges, and align next steps.
• Drive accountability across teams to meet targets and deadlines.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain an escalation matrix.
• Escalate critical issues to senior management with clear information and recommendations.
