Project Manager – Complex Energy Projects

About the role

Worley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium to large‑scale energy, chemicals and resources projects. The role involves planning, coordinating and managing design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities while ensuring client objectives are met and project margins are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Direct integration and delivery of medium/large projects across all phases.
• Manage client relationships, capture requirements and communicate progress.
• Oversee commercial aspects, including contract compliance and gross margin targets.
• Control scope, change management and ensure clear hand‑over from business development.
• Plan and monitor project schedule, resources and financial performance.
• Coordinate design, procurement and construction teams and resolve performance, cost and schedule issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing medium to large engineering or construction projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to drive commercial performance and meet budgeted margins.
• Experience in overseeing project lifecycle from concept to commissioning.
