Project Manager – Civil (Kolkata)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results‑driven Project Manager – Civil to lead and manage end‑to‑end execution of civil construction projects. The role involves planning, execution, resource management, quality control, budget adherence, stakeholder coordination and timely delivery while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare project execution plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards and cost budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Review engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications and technical documents.
• Manage site activities including construction, procurement, subcontractor management and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety norms and quality standards.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
• Master's degree in Construction Management or Project Management (preferred).
• PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
