Project Manager - Airline Operations

About the role

ECS is looking for a Project Manager with 5-8 years of experience to manage and deliver projects in the airline domain. The role suits someone with a solid understanding of airline operations and experience with passenger service systems, reservations, ticketing and ancillary services. The position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources efficiently.
• Ensure projects are delivered within established timelines and budgets.
• Identify risks and develop strategies for their mitigation and timely resolution of issues.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them aligned with business goals.

Required profile

• 5-8 years of project management experience, with a preference for candidates in the airline or travel industry.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Airline-specific project management: PSS, reservations, ticketing and ancillary services.
• In-depth knowledge of airline operations and associated systems.
• Good-to-have: Agile and Waterfall methodologies, project management tools and software, and awareness of airline industry trends.
