Project Management Service Specialist – Hyderabad

About the role

Join Deloitte’s PMO Hub as a Services Specialist in Corporate Services, based in Hyderabad. You will support senior leadership by coordinating project activities, preparing executive communications, and ensuring smooth operational execution across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Track action items, timelines, deliverables and progress for PMO projects.
• Conduct strategic analysis and complete ad‑hoc assignments based on stakeholder needs.
• Develop executive‑level PowerPoint presentations and other communications.
• Prepare meeting content, facilitate stakeholder discussions and document meeting outcomes.
• Support issue resolution by gathering data, framing problems, coordinating stakeholders and monitoring resolution plans.
• Monitor business priorities and external trends to keep leadership content current.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, leadership communications or consulting.
• Experience supporting project planning, execution, risk and issue management, status reporting and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to prepare executive‑level presentations and meeting materials.
