Project Management Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Project Management Associate to coordinate cross‑functional projects, ensure timely delivery, and provide clear status updates to senior management. The role involves close interaction with internal teams and external customers to keep projects on track.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall project coordination with cross‑functional teams.
• Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables.
• Conduct periodic project reviews and escalate issues to the reporting manager to remove bottlenecks.
• Prepare and present weekly status updates for senior management.
• Handle customer teleconferences, record minutes, and distribute action points promptly.
• Facilitate cross‑functional group meetings to maintain visibility of project status.

Required profile

• Any Post‑Graduation degree or B.Tech.
• Hands‑on experience in project management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
