Project Leader – Airframe Automation

About the role

The Project Leader will drive the 1A airframe automation team and its subcontractors in India, ensuring successful service delivery aligned with overall business objectives. This role combines operational leadership, continuous improvement, and stakeholder communication across global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the airframe automation team and subcontractors on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Develop team autonomy, accountability, and a culture of quality delivery.
• Monitor and report KPIs and SLAs, ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise IT operations.
• Coordinate with European and Indian business counterparts to define strategy, road‑maps, and visibility.
• Escalate issues promptly with mitigation actions when service delivery falls short.
• Oversee budget management for the project perimeter.
• Maintain global communications and alignment with partners and working groups.
