Project In-Charge – Airport Development (Thiruvananthapuram, Mangalore, Ahmedabad)

About the role

The Project In‑Charge will act as the Team Leader/Project Director for airport development sites in Thiruvananthapuram, Mangalore and Ahmedabad, serving as the single point of contact for the employer and overseeing all phases from planning to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary PMC teams, establishing governance, decision‑making protocols and risk management frameworks.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, conducting project review and steering committee meetings and ensuring timely approvals.
• Oversee integrated project execution plans, schedule management, cost control, quality assurance, safety and HSE compliance across terminal buildings, airside infrastructure and landside connectivity.
• Direct testing, commissioning and operational readiness activities and ensure smooth handover of facilities.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in large, multidisciplinary airport or infrastructure projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Extensive experience with airport project delivery, operational interfaces and regulatory standards.
