Project Executive – SAP GTS

About the role

We are seeking a Project Executive to lead the implementation and support of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) for Bosch India plants. The role focuses on managing supplier preference processes, ensuring compliance, and driving successful project roll‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and support GTS preference processes across Bosch India plants.
• Manage supplier preference declarations and master data within SAP GTS.
• Perform and monitor automated preference calculations.
• Maintain standardized, compliant, audit‑ready documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams for smooth roll‑out and stabilization of the GTS solution.
• Collaborate with plants, suppliers, and stakeholders to mitigate compliance risks.

Required profile

• Graduate or post‑graduate degree, preferably in International Trade or Foreign Trade.
• 2‑3 years of experience in supply chain management with basic knowledge of customs, export/import, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and handle multiple priorities.
