Project Estimation Executive / Quantity Surveyor

About the role

The Project Estimation Executive / Quantity Surveyor will prepare accurate project estimates, BOQs, quantity take‑offs, rate analyses and vendor quotations for construction and interior projects.

Key responsibilities

• Study architectural, interior, civil and MEP drawings to understand scope and material requirements.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and perform accurate quantity take‑offs using AutoCAD.
• Calculate material, labour, wastage and prepare comprehensive project estimates and rate analyses.
• Obtain and compare vendor and subcontractor quotations, supporting negotiations to achieve competitive rates.
• Maintain and update material and labour rate databases and track market rates.
• Verify contractor measurements and bills against approved drawings, identifying discrepancies.
• Monitor estimated versus actual project costs, report variations and help keep projects within budget.
• Maintain accurate documentation and revision control of BOQs, estimates, quotations and cost records.

Required profile

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project estimation, quantity surveying or construction fit‑out.
• Experience in construction, interior, healthcare, retail or commercial projects preferred.
