Program Schedule Reviewer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Program Schedule Reviewer to evaluate and monitor construction programmes for highway projects. The role involves ensuring schedules are logical, realistic and compliant with contractual requirements while supporting project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Review the Contractor’s baseline and detailed work programmes for completeness, logic, sequence and contractual compliance.
• Examine construction activity schedules to confirm realistic milestones, resources and timelines.
• Monitor actual progress against the approved baseline, identify deviations and assess impact on completion dates.
• Analyse programme updates, recovery plans and revised schedules, highlighting critical path activities and potential risks.
• Assess resource deployment plans, including manpower, equipment and material productivity assumptions.
• Evaluate the effect of design changes, site constraints, approvals and other factors on schedule milestones.
• Prepare progress monitoring reports, schedule analyses, S‑curves, milestone tracking and look‑ahead programmes.
• Coordinate with the Team Leader, Resident Engineer, Contractor and technical specialists to resolve scheduling issues.

Required profile

• Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 12 years of experience handling highway projects.
• Medical certificate of fitness as per Appendix‑B‑l (if age > 60 years).
• Preferably holds a postgraduate degree in Construction Management, Project Management or Infrastructure Development.

Required skills

• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software/tools.
• Strong understanding of construction programme logic and critical path analysis.
