Program Officer – Digital Health (Odisha)

About the role

PATH is seeking a Program Officer to support the implementation of a digital Care Coordination Model (CCM) in Odisha. Based in Bhubaneswar, the officer will work closely with the Project Lead, state and district officials, and technology partners to ensure the pilot’s successful rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Lead in planning and executing CCM activities across selected districts.
• Coordinate with state and district government officials to keep project milestones on track.
• Facilitate stakeholder consultations, workshops, and review meetings to align efforts with state priorities.
• Work with technology partners to prepare, test, and deploy digital health solutions.
• Support capacity‑building initiatives and monitor implementation progress.

Required profile

• Strong program‑management and coordination experience.
• Proven ability to liaise with government agencies and multi‑sector partners.
• Background in public‑health systems or digital‑health initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
