Program Manager – ServiceNow

About the role

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi‑stream ServiceNow programs in a global, hybrid‑work environment. You will orchestrate cross‑functional teams, ensure high‑quality delivery, and align initiatives with business goals while enhancing digital employee experiences for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define program scope, timelines, and milestones that support enterprise transformation objectives.
• Drive adoption of the ServiceNow OMT framework by translating strategy into structured implementation plans.
• Manage end‑to‑end governance, including status reviews, risk assessments, and decision forums.
• Monitor performance with metrics and dashboards, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to refine backlogs and prioritize work.
• Coordinate dependencies across ServiceNow modules and integrations for seamless feature delivery.
• Guide teams through configuration, testing, and deployment while promoting reuse and standard processes.
• Engage stakeholders in workshops and review sessions to clarify requirements and validate outcomes.
• Prepare clear documentation—plans, status reports, risk registers, and communication packs—for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Resolve impediments by working with internal support functions and vendor partners.
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and audit standards.
• Optimize resource allocation, track capacity, and address skill gaps.
• Capture lessons learned and embed best practices into future programs.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of program or project management experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or IT service management.
• Hands‑on experience delivering ServiceNow implementations, including IT service workflow modules.
• Proven ability to lead hybrid, geographically distributed teams.
