Program Manager

About the role

Sprinklr is seeking a Program Manager to lead data‑driven initiatives within its Global Services and Support organization. The role partners with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable programs that improve business performance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own stakeholder relationships for capacity planning, cost management, utilization, project tracking, reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to define, refine and execute strategic priorities.
• Develop hypotheses, conduct quick churn analyses, and present concise insights to drive decision‑making.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic initiatives, delivering regular performance reports.
• Create visualizations and executive‑level presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.

Required profile

• Analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate insights to senior leadership.
• Business acumen and structured thinking for identifying risks, opportunities and improvement areas.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and driving cross‑functional projects.
