Program Manager II – Pricing Programs

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Program Manager II to lead high‑visibility programs that safeguard the “best price” promise for millions of products worldwide. You will work at the intersection of technology, product, operations and finance to shape pricing strategy and improve the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex, high‑impact pricing programs that affect Amazon’s global retail pricing.
• Partner with Tech, Product, Operations, Category and Finance teams to define requirements, set timelines and ensure timely execution.
• Analyze large data sets, dive deep into processes and generate actionable business insights.
• Write compelling business cases and presentations for senior leadership.
• Promote a data‑driven culture, adopt technical solutions and drive process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Proven ability to influence and communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong business judgement with financial acumen to assess decision viability.
• Experience turning complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
