Program Manager, AI Data Ops

About the role

AiDASH is seeking a high‑agency Program Manager to scale its AI Data Ops function, which sources, processes, and annotates satellite and remote‑sensing imagery for AI/ML models. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, vendor management, and data‑science delivery, building a repeatable, automation‑first operating system.

Key responsibilities

• Identify repetitive manual workflows in annotation, QA, imagery processing and reporting, and drive automation through internal tooling, scripting, RPA or AI‑assisted solutions.
• Run structured program governance (milestones, RAID logs, status cadence) across cross‑functional initiatives, enforcing timelines, ownership and dependency management.
• Own a cost‑efficiency roadmap covering vendor spend, tooling costs, rework/error reduction and capacity utilization, building business cases and tracking savings.
• Design and maintain vendor performance scorecards and SLAs, conduct regular reviews and make escalation or renewal decisions.
• Serve as connective tissue across managers, creating org‑wide SOPs and dashboards that surface throughput, quality, SLA and utilization metrics.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track throughput, accuracy, vendor performance and cost efficiency, defining KPIs that guide decision‑making.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in program/project management, business operations or management consulting, with exposure to automation, vendor management and cost optimisation.
• Proven track record of building metrics and automation programmes from scratch.
• Strong data‑driven mindset; able to create and defend dashboards and business cases independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, representing Ops in external conversations.
• Experience negotiating SLAs and managing external vendors.
• Hands‑on experience working in a startup environment.
