Program Management Associate – Academic Operations

About the role

The Program Management Associate (PMA) supports NIAT’s academic operations, balancing day‑to‑day execution with strategic program management. You will ensure smooth delivery of classes, labs and assessments while enhancing the overall student experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily/weekly schedules for classes, labs and assessments.
• Coordinate session availability and content deployment across LMS environments (Beta, Gamma, Live).
• Track student data such as attendance, submissions and engagement metrics.
• Execute communication campaigns using tools like WebEngage for reminders and announcements.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards and reports in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Serve as primary contact for student queries and facilitate coordination with mentors and support teams.
• Support academic activities including workshops, placement drives and campus events.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, recommend process improvements and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Assist branding and student engagement initiatives on campus and coordinate with placement teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and proactive execution mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (filters, formulas, data management).
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
• Familiarity with WebEngage or similar communication tools.
• Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT for drafting communications.
