Professional Housekeeping staff

About the role

We are looking for dedicated Professional Housekeeping staff to join our team in Patna. This full‑time, on‑site position involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in both residential and commercial environments.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas.
• Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping and waste removal.
• Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding and organizing linens and garments.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and use cleaning products and equipment safely.
• Maintain high hygienic standards in all assigned spaces.
• Interact professionally with clients, respond to service requests and provide updates.
• Coordinate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure timely, high‑quality task completion.

Required profile

• Strong housekeeping skills with experience in cleaning and organizing.
• Ability to perform laundry tasks such as washing, drying, ironing and folding.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Willingness to participate in training on new techniques and safety procedures.
• Attention to detail, reliability and good time‑management.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift moderate loads and operate cleaning equipment safely.
• Previous experience in professional housekeeping or facility maintenance is an advantage.
• Commitment to follow health, safety and hygiene regulations.
