About the role
The Production Manager will own the end‑to‑end production process, working closely with internal teams to drive operational excellence and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role combines strategic planning, quality oversight, and safety management within a fast‑moving Alcobev environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate the entire production process.
- Contribute to production planning and budgeting activities.
- Lead and monitor quality assessments to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe production environment in compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of production experience in the Alcobev industry.
- Strong organizational and managerial abilities.
