About the role

This position is responsible for ensuring the quality assurance and quality control systems of concrete products, promoting VAC technology and optimizing concrete mixes. The role supports business development, handles customer feedback, and provides technical mix design support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct demonstrations of VAC products for clients to illustrate functionality and benefits.
• Resolve day‑to‑day customer issues such as cracks, workability, slump control, pumping problems, and cube failures, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Visit customer sites regularly to gather feedback, identify concerns, and maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare detailed mix‑design calculations and perform physical and chemical analysis of raw materials for customers as required.
