Production Engineer – Automotive Wire Harness

About the role
We are seeking a Production Engineer to join our automotive manufacturing team, focusing on wire‑harness production. The role involves hands‑on work on the shop floor, ensuring efficient processes, meeting production targets, and maintaining high‑quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate machines used in wire‑harness assembly.
- Maintain equipment to minimise downtime and ensure safety compliance.
- Oversee production activities, including shop‑floor management and manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise process flows in automotive manufacturing.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in production, preferably within wire‑harness or automotive manufacturing.
- Diploma, B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production or Automobile Engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to manage production schedules and lead small teams.
