Production Associate - Level II

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Production Associate – Level II to join our manufacturing team. In this position you will operate both manual and automated equipment to produce high‑quality products while adhering to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures, report hazards, and use appropriate PPE.
• Perform quality inspections, identify non‑conforming material, and apply SPC, poka‑yoke, and visual standards.
• Operate manual and automated machinery to meet cycle‑time and engineering specifications.
• Maintain a clean work area, conduct routine housekeeping, and perform planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support staff, and participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow HSE guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in a manufacturing environment.
