Production Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Production Associate to join our manufacturing team focused on transformer insulation. You will operate and maintain production equipment, monitor output quality, and help achieve daily and weekly production targets while ensuring a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot machining, molding, and packaging equipment for transformer insulation.
• Monitor daily/weekly production targets and ensure on‑time, on‑quality delivery.
• Analyze workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Record production data, calculate future requirements, and prepare product and process reports.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair services to keep equipment operational.
• Maintain product reputation by complying with customer specifications and regulatory standards.
• Support safety initiatives and follow established safety procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience as a machine operator in transformer insulation manufacturing or a similar industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing methodologies, standards, and quality control.
• Ability to work in a team and on rotating shifts.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a result‑driven mindset.
• Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen, Poka‑Yoke, or lean manufacturing is an advantage.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
