Production Associate (Full-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a Production Associate to join our manufacturing team on a full‑time basis. The role involves operating machinery, maintaining equipment, and ensuring product quality within a structured production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate various machines and equipment, adjusting variables to achieve efficiency.
• Assist in equipment maintenance and repair by following detailed instructions.
• Carry out operational tasks according to established processes and parameters.
• Perform simple quality sampling and inspection of products or processes.
• Work according to an assigned schedule and allocate tasks as required.
• Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and regulatory codes.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental instructions, including use of personal protective equipment.
• Participate in personal capability building through training and coaching activities.

Required profile

• Educational requirement: Lower Secondary School.
• Experience: 13 months to 3 years as an experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised.
• No managerial experience required.
