Product Specialist – Cybersecurity Operations Analyst

About the role

CloudSEK is looking for a motivated Cybersecurity Operations Analyst who will combine product support, threat takedown, and security event analysis. The position is ideal for early‑career professionals with 1‑2 years of experience who are passionate about protecting digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via email, chat or phone, troubleshoot basic technical issues, log tickets and collaborate with engineering to resolve problems.
• Monitor, identify and document phishing sites, fake domains and impersonation profiles, and manage takedown requests with hosting providers and registrars.
• Monitor alerts on the CloudSEK portal, perform initial triage, document response steps and escalate incidents according to defined protocols.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Strong interest or prior exposure to cybersecurity, threat intelligence and SOC operations.
• Understanding of phishing campaigns, social engineering and brand impersonation threats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently in rotational shifts.

Required skills

• Ticketing tools such as Freshdesk, Zendesk or Jira Service Desk.
• Cybersecurity analysis tools including VirusTotal, Whois, SIEM and OSINT utilities.
• Scripting knowledge in Python or Bash.
