Product Quality Inspector

About the role

The Product Quality Inspector supports complex quality control activities within a medical‑device manufacturing environment. Working with limited supervision, the role ensures compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while escalating issues as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Execute product quality inspection activities and document findings.
• Support validation protocols and testing methods for new products and processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex manufacturing malfunctions.
• Maintain equipment, adhere to safety protocols, and manage hazardous material handling.
• Contribute to planning, priority setting, and continuous improvement of quality procedures.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements such as ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of manufacturing quality experience, preferably in the med‑tech sector.
• Diploma in Electrical or Electronics or equivalent technical education.
• Ability to work under limited supervision and escalate issues appropriately.
• Commitment to continuous learning and on‑the‑job training.

Required skills

• In‑Process, Outgoing and Final Quality inspection.
• DEFOA methodology.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820.
• IPC A610 certification (preferred).
• Digital literacy and proficiency with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting techniques.
• Technical documentation and regulatory requirements handling.
