About the role

The Product Marketing Manager will act as the brand custodian and growth architect for Kotak Business Banking, shaping end‑to‑end brand and product storytelling for SME and MSME segments. This role translates deep customer insight into clear positioning, differentiated narratives, and high‑impact go‑to‑market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own brand and customer stewardship for Kotak Business Banking, grounding all decisions in SME/MSME insights.
• Partner with Research and Analytics to uncover segment‑specific pain points and translate them into differentiation opportunities.
• Develop insight‑led marketing strategies, positioning, and proposition frameworks aligned with product and business priorities.
• Craft industry‑specific narratives that resonate with SMEs, MSMEs, and emerging business segments.
• Lead end‑to‑end go‑to‑market planning and execution for new product launches, ensuring consistent storytelling and measurable impact.
• Continuously evolve communication strategies for existing products to drive deeper penetration and engagement.
• Collaborate with creative and media agencies to deliver integrated, full‑funnel campaigns that build brand preference.
• Maintain brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints, including digital platforms and offline assets.
• Enable internal stakeholders and sales teams with clear narratives and channel enablement materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimizing tactics based on data and business outcomes.
