Product Manager – Order to Invoice (m/f/d)

About the role

BASF Digital Hub Hyderabad is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Order to Invoice (OTI) solution within the SAP S/4HANA programme. The role combines product strategy, delivery oversight and stakeholder management to drive digital transformation for the chemical industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop cross‑functional product teams, fostering ownership and high performance.
• Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to retirement, ensuring continuous value delivery.
• Accountable for business value, product performance, budget, resource allocation and ROI.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery within the SAP S/4HANA programme, ensuring high‑quality releases and minimal customisation.
• Oversee release planning, change management and user enablement.
• Act as primary interface between senior business stakeholders and product teams, building strong relationships across Sales, Finance, Logistics and IT.
• Steer external partners and vendors to ensure performance and delivery quality.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in agile product environments.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate objectives into a clear product portfolio.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, financial steering and ROI analysis.
