Product Manager - OMS Roadmap

About the role

OMS Software is looking for a Product Manager in Bengaluru to own the OMS roadmap: deciding what gets built, in what order and why. The product serves non-destructive testing (NDT) labs operating under strict accreditation standards, so the right call on a single workflow can determine whether a client passes or fails a NABL assessment. The role works directly with NDT domain experts, enterprise clients and the engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the OMS product roadmap, prioritising ruthlessly based on client impact, compliance requirements and business value.
• Write clear PRDs and acceptance criteria with domain experts and engineering leads.
• Conduct discovery with enterprise clients (labs, assessors, NABL-accredited facilities) to surface real workflow pain points.
• Define and track product KPIs and use data to validate feature decisions.
• Work within sprint cycles with engineering and QA, unblocking decisions, clarifying requirements and accepting completed work.
• Manage the feature request pipeline across Sales, Customer Success and Support, deciding what makes the cut and communicating why.
• Coordinate with the NDT domain team so every compliance-related feature is technically accurate before shipping.
