Product Manager

At AIFISE, product thinking shapes how financial institutions experience automation and compliance. We are seeking a Product Manager who can translate user insights, business objectives, and technical possibilities into a clear product vision. The role is ideal for candidates who love solving real problems, prioritising with purpose, and guiding cross‑functional teams toward measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering leadership, product teams and other stakeholders to design, build and maintain both frontend and backend components.
• Drive feature development, system optimisation and performance enhancements while upholding security and code‑quality standards.
• Define product road‑maps, write specifications, user flows and acceptance criteria.
• Use data and research to inform decisions and continuously improve the product experience.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering digital products in SaaS or fintech environments.
• Deep understanding of product discovery, prioritisation frameworks and agile execution.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams and make architecture trade‑off decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and research.
• Excellent communication skills to align cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
