Product Manager – AI Security

About the role

Pragmatike is recruiting for a global enterprise cybersecurity company that is building a next‑generation AI security platform. The role is fully remote, based in India, and focuses on securing AI agents, LLM‑powered applications, and the data they access.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, requirements, and prioritisation for a core product area from discovery through launch.
• Lead customer discovery with CISOs, security architects, and cloud/AI platform teams, translating needs into clear problem statements and PRDs.
• Partner with engineering and security research on scope, technical trade‑offs, and delivery, and participate in design reviews.
• Define success metrics and track adoption, coverage, and detection effectiveness.
• Monitor the evolving AI security landscape and incorporate relevant developments into product strategy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 2 years in security, cloud infrastructure, or developer‑facing products.
• Proven track record of shipping products used by enterprise security or infrastructure teams.
• Strong technical fluency, comfortable reading API specs and discussing distributed‑system trade‑offs.
• Fluent English and ability to collaborate with distributed teams across time zones.
• Self‑starter with strong ownership in a fast‑moving environment.
