Product Director – Global Trading Platform

About the role

As Product Director, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling Axi’s global product strategy across our trading ecosystem. You will own the vision, roadmap and execution for client and trading experiences, growth initiatives and partner platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy and roadmap for Axi’s global trading ecosystem.
• Lead product planning across client lifecycle, onboarding, engagement, retention and monetisation.
• Translate business priorities into measurable product outcomes and delivery plans.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Sales and Operations to deliver end‑to‑end initiatives.
• Use client insights, analytics, market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Coach and guide Product Managers, fostering a strong product culture focused on ownership, data‑led decisions and commercial impact.

Required profile

• Proven product leadership experience scaling complex digital products on web and/or mobile platforms.
• Background in fintech, trading, brokerage, payments or similarly regulated financial services environments.
• Ability to balance growth, client experience, risk, compliance and operational resilience.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leaders while maintaining product discipline.
