Product Costing Analyst 1

About the role

The Product Costing Analyst will execute collection activities and reconcile accounts of third‑party customers or regions with low to medium complexity. The role supports BASF's new Global Hub in India and contributes to continuous improvement of collection processes.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers via email, phone or messaging platforms and send updated account statements.
• Provide necessary information to the Accounts Receivable team to ensure proper payment application.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the collection tool (Get Paid).
• Communicate billing discrepancies reported by customers to relevant internal teams.
• Participate in ad‑hoc meetings with clients and business partners.
• Follow established processes and guidelines.
• Assist in the analysis, preparation and documentation for internal and external audits.
