Product Content Marketing Manager (Private Label)

About the role

The company is seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead product content strategy for its private‑label portfolio. You will shape the narrative across all touch‑points, ensuring that product messaging is compelling, consistent, and aligned with brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product content strategies that support launches, campaigns, and customer engagement.
• Create and maintain content calendars to deliver timely, relevant assets across web, social, and print channels.
• Lead the production of packaging designs, manuals, photography, video, 360° views, and other multimedia assets.
• Write clear, persuasive product copy for e‑commerce sites, social media, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with Buying, QA, Sales, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaigns and product value propositions.
• Manage the content lifecycle, keeping an organized library and updating assets as products evolve.
• Track performance metrics (CTR, conversion, engagement) and refine content strategy based on data and customer insights.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in content creation, content marketing or product marketing.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in photography and video production, or proven ability to manage these processes.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimisation techniques.
• Excellent project‑management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
