Product and Pricing Consultant II

About the role

As an integral member of the Customer Experience and Onboarding team, the Product and Pricing Consultant II will work with customers to successfully implement Zafin’s platform. You will gain product expertise and be able to explain, configure and demonstrate functionality to customers and partners. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential to achieve successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, clarify, and document business requirements.
• Lead fit‑gap analysis to align requirements with out‑of‑the‑box capabilities and work with cross‑functional teams on action plans.
• Establish user stories and backlog items, preparing test specifications using agile methodology.
• Prepare implementation deliverables such as business requirements documentation, functional specifications, and test strategy.
• Organize and execute functional and integration tests across functional areas.
• Articulate the solution from a business perspective within the enterprise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field (relevant experience may be considered).
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting within the banking industry.
• Strong data‑analytical skills and ability to triage configuration requests on the Zafin application.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude and ability to quickly grasp complex requirements in a fast‑paced environment.
