Product Analyst

About the role

The Product Analyst supports the analysis, maintenance, and enhancement of US healthcare data products. Working remotely, the analyst collaborates with product owners, data engineers, machine‑learning teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Product team on all active projects and participate in daily stand‑up meetings.
• Support data delivery for clients subscribed to the product and work closely with stakeholders to develop high‑quality data products.
• Analyze large US healthcare claims datasets to identify patterns, data‑quality issues, coverage gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Write and optimise SQL queries for extraction, profiling, reconciliation, validation, and impact analysis.
• Investigate complex data and product issues, perform root‑cause analysis, assess business impact, and recommend practical solutions.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including data dictionaries, business rules, test scenarios, and validation results.
• Support functional testing, regression testing, defect investigation, and user‑acceptance testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, computer science or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics, product analysis, business analysis or a related role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience working with US healthcare claims data.

Required skills

• Proficient in SQL, Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Snowflake, Python, APIs and JSON (preferred).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira and Agile product‑development practices (preferred).
