Senior Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead analytics efforts around the oncology patient journey, line of therapy (LoT) and structured claims/patient data. The role transforms large claims datasets into actionable insights that shape strategic decisions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute analytics projects focused on patient‑journey and LoT mapping, as well as brand analytics.
• Analyze structured claims and patient datasets such as DRG, IQVIA, McKesson and Symphony.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to assess treatment patterns, pathways and utilization.
• Support HEOR/HCRU analyses including prevalence, burden, incidence and cost‑of‑illness studies.
• Develop and present client‑facing insights using dashboards, PowerPoint and visual analytics.
• Build and optimise SQL queries and data pipelines; use Excel and Python for automation and analysis.
• Collaborate with HEOR, market‑access, strategy and engineering teams, gathering requirements and managing timelines.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, documentation and reproducibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in relevant analytics roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
• Prior experience with structured datasets such as DRG, Symphony, IQVIA or McKesson.
• Experience in pharma/life‑science consulting or analytics agencies.
• Exposure to real‑world evidence sources including EHR/EMR and CMS datasets.
