Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Procurement Specialist to lead our sourcing and inventory management efforts. The successful candidate will ensure material availability, maintain optimal stock levels, and build strong relationships with suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments to gather material requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and procurement activities.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers while managing ongoing relationships.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that balance cost and quality.
• Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and reorder supplies as needed.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / BE).
• Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, and inventory management.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
