Procurement Specialist – French Language Expert (Noida)

About the role

The Procurement French Language Expert will manage end‑to‑end purchase requisition and order processes for the Noida office, ensuring accurate creation, release and closure of purchase orders while liaising with French‑speaking suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, IFS).
• Release POs, communicate with suppliers, and track deliveries and expediting.
• Validate supplier quotations, ensure compliance with commercial and legal terms, and obtain supplier acknowledgements.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding with sourcing and vendor‑management teams.
• Monitor supplier invoices, perform compliance checks, and create goods/service receipts.
• Reconcile receipts with invoices, monitor invoice approval until payment, and support dispute resolution.
• Send NDAs for supplier approval and monitor feedback on RFX, quotes and bids.
• Design and maintain SOPs, workflows and related trackers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar procurement role.
• Fluency in English and French (oral and written); French certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities, confidentiality awareness, and ability to work under stress.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Required skills

• ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, IFS.
• Ariba and SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Advanced MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
