Procurement / Purchase Manager

About the role

Amitoje India, a leading display solutions provider, is looking for a Procurement / Purchase Manager to lead vendor sourcing, negotiation and order management for its POS display and showroom fixture business.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential vendors for raw materials and finished goods.
• Compare, evaluate and select supplier offers based on price, quality and delivery terms.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and service level agreements.
• Track purchase orders, ensure on‑time delivery and verify product quality.
• Enter and maintain order details, invoices and delivery records in internal databases.
• Prepare cost‑analysis reports and purchase summaries for management.
• Monitor stock levels, trigger re‑orders and coordinate storage with warehouse staff.
• Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions to stay current with market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing practices and supply‑chain procedures.
• Solid analytical abilities with experience preparing financial and cost‑analysis reports.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
