Procurement Practice Associate

About the role

As a Procurement Practice Associate you will support clients in optimizing their spend on goods and services. You will work within Accenture’s Procurement Operations team to help identify needs, qualify suppliers, negotiate contracts and manage purchase orders, delivering cost savings and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the end‑to‑end procurement process, from need identification to contract close.
• Support supplier qualification, request for proposals, and negotiation activities.
• Maintain and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
• Analyze procurement data to identify savings opportunities and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and supervisors, following provided guidelines and instructions.

Required profile

• Graduated from any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related operations.
• Ability to solve routine problems using established guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a team.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts if required.
