Procurement Planner (Mechanical) – Engineer/Executive

About the role

Bosch Rexroth India is seeking a Mechanical Procurement Planner to lead global sourcing initiatives for key raw materials. The role supports production needs by ensuring cost‑effective procurement, high‑quality standards, and seamless logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global sourcing for mechanical raw materials and components.
• Coordinate supplier creation, maintain info records, and set up EDI/ASN processes.
• Manage import‑export approvals, custom clearance, and transport forwarder arrangements.
• Monitor quality control to guarantee purchased parts meet specifications.
• Resolve logistic issues using problem‑solving tools and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of material planning and procurement functions.
• Experience with supplier management, global sourcing, and compliance processes.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Good communication skills for coordination with purchase teams and global mentors.
