Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead end‑to‑end sourcing of packaging, raw materials, and finished goods. The role will focus on cost optimisation, vendor development and ensuring timely delivery to support our fast‑growing consumer products business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle for packaging, raw materials and finished goods.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage vendors to meet quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Drive strategic sourcing, cost‑reduction initiatives and vendor development programmes.
• Oversee purchase planning, order execution, inventory requirements and supplier performance monitoring.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Quality and Finance teams for seamless procurement processes.
• Establish and continuously improve procurement SOPs, processes and internal controls.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Hands‑on experience procuring packaging, raw materials and finished goods.
• Strong background in vendor management, negotiations, strategic sourcing and cost optimisation.
• Industry experience in personal care, beauty, cosmetics or related consumer products preferred.
• Proven ability to work in a high‑growth or startup environment.
