Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead strategic sourcing and purchasing activities for our Network Infrastructure Business Unit. You will ensure compliance, value, and timely delivery while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve cost, quality, and performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, including supplier sourcing, onboarding, purchasing, evaluation, and relationship management.
• Oversee SAP Ariba supplier registration, qualification, and master‑data maintenance.
• Review purchase requisitions, validate quotations, and ensure contracts align with spend thresholds.
• Create and issue accurate purchase orders, monitor acknowledgements, delivery commitments, and communicate updates.
• Support invoicing and goods receipt processes in partnership with Finance and suppliers.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice and payment issues.
• Monitor supplier performance on delivery, quality, pricing, service levels, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, controls, and documentation for SAP Ariba and ERP activities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or buying.
• 10+ years of hands‑on SAP experience, with strong familiarity with SAP Ariba.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements, automation, and cost savings.
• Excellent analytical skills for preparing procurement reports and KPIs.
